Liskelly responsibly manages and completes projects in accordance with drawings, specifications, project plans, and contracts, whilst accomplishing oversight of the day-to-day requirements of labor, material, equipment, trades, vendors, and services.


Liskelly is efficient in producing accurate project administration, based on the requirements of the client, insurance companies, Department of Buildings, Landmarks Preservation Commission, and Special Inspectors.


Liskelly expertly manages the phases of construction from pre-planning, design, scheduling, construction, punch list, until sign-off.


Liskelly is on-call 24/7 for all trades available for restoration construction services.
